It’s hard to believe that the 3 key people behind Hindraf in promoting their cause would be so inept to allegedly incite racial hatred in their speeches.
The purported offence was reported by this online publication today :

They are lawyers for pete’s sake and they would at least know not to tread on dangerous ground and place their cause in jeopardy. If the charge brought against them is true then they deserve the full weight of the law.
Should the charge be trumped up to justify the administration’s actions, then I Am A Malaysian will speak up against the injustice.
We will have to wait for the whole sandiwara to unfold. *sigh*
All said, lying as a means to justify an end can never be tolerated, let alone be accepted!
